First, go to the Forms Module and select the Email Button option.
When you choose the Email option a window will open. Here you can enter the information necessary to automate the emailing process.
- Enter the To, CC, and BCC fields. These will be the recipients of the forms.
- Then enter the Subject and description for the template.
- When you are ready click on the OK button.
Once you click OK your mouse icon will be replaced by a blue box. This box will be the area where your button will be placed.
When the box is in the correct place you can left-click to proceed. Once you click with the left mouse button the button will be placed.
- Switch to Edit mode.
- Right-click on the Email button.
- Choose Properties.
You can change the Appearance by choosing any option here.
You can test the button while in View mode.
