Usually, after a successful renewal, you will receive an automatic email with a new license key to reactivate your product. There is a chance that this email wasn’t delivered due to the mailing system error or it was filtered to the spam folder.
In case you see the following message, please contact our customer support team and provide them with your license key and order ID, or your purchase details of PDF Suite.

*You will need to enter your email address. A security code will be sent to you. Enter the code and click on Validate. You will then be able to open a request.
