Charged for items not ordered
I submitted a request to activate my expired license. Worked find. Got an email showing the order number and the download information. Updated my outdated license and continued working.
Then I get another notice about the Professional suite being updated. Didn't do that as I updated the Regular version.
Then I noticed that there were two charges to my credit card for two different software versions, which I didn't do. Left message for someone to fix this and was told that it could take up to two days to get back to me. Hey, not sure what calendar is used but it has been longer than two days and the two charges for software I did NOT ask for now has to be paid.
Does anyone care or is this a scam outfit?
And no Topic to choose so will go with How-To's and Tips as I am asking for a Tip on how to get my charges reversed.
