My account renewed and I was charged for it but I never received a new key to activate the program
My program was automatically renewed but no Activation Key was provided. How am I supposed to use the program if you don't send me what I need? There is also NO CONTACT for technical support.

Can you simply fix this issue once and for all so that no one else keeps being charged without receiving the activation key in the confirmation email ?!
