My subscription renewed but I didn't want it to. I received the email confirming the subscription renewed, but without an activation code so I can't use the software even if I wanted to.
1. I want my subscription cancelled so that rebilling doesn't occur
2. Ideally I want a refund but don't expect this to be forthcoming
3. If there is no refund I'll need an activation code and confirmation that the rebilling/subscription has been cancelled
4. I submitted a request yesterday about cancelling but have had no reply
