Subscription Renewed but didn't want this - and didn't receive activation lkey
My subscription renewed but I didn't want it to. I received the email confirming the subscription renewed, but without an activation code so I can't use the software even if I wanted to.
1. I want my subscription cancelled so that rebilling doesn't occur
2. Ideally I want a refund but don't expect this to be forthcoming
3. If there is no refund I'll need an activation code and confirmation that the rebilling/subscription has been cancelled
4. I submitted a request yesterday about cancelling but have had no reply

The product is worthless as well. I'm concerned hearing these reports about unwanted auto-renewals. For what it's worth, I've contacted the Better Business Bureau in Quebec and filed a complaint about this company.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for days, I didn't know I had a subscription with this program because I didn't even use it. I want my money back. I'm trying to call the phone numbers I found on Google and none of them work. I opened a request and they haven't answered me either. Can anyone here who has been through the same situation help me?

I am in the same boat. Their customer service is worthless. If anyone found a way to cancel auto renewal on this site please let me know.
