How to get a refund?
Your product is shoddy--it would not let me sign a PDF document--and I'd like to return it and get a refund. You say somewhere on your site or in an ad that you'll refund returned purchases with no questions asked. However, your "billing support specialist," "Jill," asked me lots of questions via email when I tried to get a refund and then disappeared completely after I replied.
What gives?
