    Hi Stuart,

Thank you for your post. I will be happy to answer your question.

The Extended Desktop Access option gives you the possibility to use the same download link and activation key on 5 different machines (Windows OS). So, after the purchase, you can e-mail your license details to your colleagues so they could install and activate the PDF Suite software.

Let me know if you have more questions or concerns.

Thank you for the response. Yes, it seems to fit our needs.  If I understand this correctly, the current key allows four further colleagues access to PDF Pro.

Will all five have their own log-in?

Will all five have separate folders and therefore access only to their own documents or are the documents in a shared folder?

Can all five staff work parallel in the tool with the same key?

How would I then upgrade with this option, not here in chat, right?

    Many thanks

    Right, Stuart!

The current activation key allows you and four further colleagues access to PDF Pro. They will not have their own logins as the PDF Suite has the license key activation flow. I mean they will need to get a download link and the activation key (the same one) to install the software and activate it.

They will have separate folders and will be able to access their own documents only as the PDF files will be stored on their machines only and are not stored online.

Yes, they will be able to work parallel in the tool with the same key.

Your last question is not very clear to me, you can contact our customer service agent in a chat with the pre-sales or upgrade questions. They usually have good discounts :)
