Issues with getting my Activation Code
I am on Auto renewal and when I came in this morning I have notice renewal done but I do not have an Activation Code yet. I am completely locked out of my program and I am a business - I am very disappointed as I am not able to get in touch with anyone. I am a Central Time Zone in the USA customer.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
The system sends a new license key after the subscription renewal to your email address. Please check your inbox and Spam folders.
I have also asked our technical agent to re-send you the activation key.
