Cancel my trial and automatic renewal
Hello, I had been sending my message to you as of Dec. 2, 2022, the same day I subscribed to your "trial" PDF Suite and to cancel the automatic renewal. I only received a request number# 3790143 and # 3790159. Yet you still charge me. In your automatic replies, it will take 2 days to resolve this issue. But then, it's 6 days now, you still didn't reply to my request. It was a mistake that I click to your website. Today, I sent my request again to cancel my trial subscription and to cancel automatic renewal charges with a request# 3909191. I hope this will get your attention.

I can see why. Mind does not even work sense May. I would like to cancel mine as well.
