Thank you for reaching out to let us know you are looking for an activation key to get your PDF Suite.
I will be glad to help you with the activation of your license.
Please let me inform you that PDF Suite has a new version and it has a new activation flow that does not require keys.
Please make sure to install the correct version of PDF Suite using the link:

With PDF Suite 20, you don’t need any keys because this version has an account-based activation. In order to activate your PDF Suite, follow the instructions below:
1) Launch PDF Suite 20 and click on the Login icon in the right upper corner.
2) Click Sign In and sign in with the email that you used while registering the license.
3) Once you are logged in, click Proceed to PDF Suite or simply switch to PDF Suite window. Your license is now activated!

I have removed and reinstalled pdf suite and it seems to work but continues to ask for payment when I have paid for pdf suite pro, I've asked for help but I just keep going in circles what do I need to do to resolve this???

There is neither a Person Icon nor a Profile Icon showing on my PDF.com log-in page. How do I work around this?

Did not receive an e-mail from you regarding my inability to log in to my new account. I have checked both my in-box folder and spam folder and neither has your response. I know you have my correct e-mail address because I have received a couple of e-mails from PDF.com since making the purchase.
