I know I am bugging you but, if there was a way to access my subscription, I would. I do not want you to automatically renew my subscription before I can discuss a change with you. As mentioned earlier, I will stop payment on my credit card should I not hear from you within the next 24 hours. You have been putting me off now for several days. I am not a happy customer at this point.
