Charged twice for my renewal, but still cant print PDF files.

    Thank you for letting us know you have an issue printing your PDFs and you paid 2 times for the renewal. We will create a new support request to help you with this case. If you want to call us, you can find a number in your purchase confirmation email.

    I have already paid and renewed. The charge appears on my credit card. I can't open any PDF documents because it says I haven't renewed?!?  Help me please.
