RENEWAL ERROR Msg Credit Card Not authorised - yet states product purchased - no Authorisation email - no debt credit card
AnsweredStep1) Tried to renew my subscription with added PDFsuite Pro + OCR.
Step2) After processing transaction receive error message stating card unsuccessful.
Step3) When selecting option to "retry" receive message stating product already purchased (no email acknowledgement + no transaction on credit card).
Step4) Tried using different banks credit card same result.
Step5) When log in to PDF Suite 2021 gets error message > offer to renew.
Loop back to step 1 and start another merry-go-round.
After 6 repeats of the loop try to find customer support to request assistance, loop to community support because there is no PDF Suite support.

Thank you for contacting us about your issue with renewing your license.
According to our records, you canceled your subscription for the license you had last year, and your license key was deactivated. Therefore, you cannot renew a canceled subscription. You need to purchase a new license to be able to use PDF Suite again.
