Step1) Tried to renew my subscription with added PDFsuite Pro + OCR.
Step2) After processing transaction receive error message stating card unsuccessful.
Step3) When selecting option to "retry" receive message stating product already purchased (no email acknowledgement + no transaction on credit card).
Step4) Tried using different banks credit card same result.
Step5) When log in to PDF Suite 2021 gets error message > offer to renew.
Loop back to step 1 and start another merry-go-round.
After 6 repeats of the loop try to find customer support to request assistance, loop to community support because there is no PDF Suite support.
