    Hello Cheyanne,

    Thanks for letting us know that you need help with the activation. According to our records, you purchased an account-based license that doesn't require the license key for activation. We will create a ticket for your case to help you with the activation further.

    When I open PDF Suite on my laptop, it keeps saying License Expired and that I need an activation code, so it is still not allowing me to open my documents.
