Hi Lina,
As for converting HTML to PDF, using the URL option, it actually works perfectly we... This being said, once I get the PDF option, I download it in my Files, before doing my mailing. It's a blog. But when I send it by emails, the headers of your app are displayed on my post.
What am I doing wrong or what should I do that I don't ?????

Hello Michael,
Thank you for letting us know that when you convert HTML into a PDF and save this file to your device it adds a watermark header to your document. This is an unusual behavior that we need to investigate further to find a solution for you.
My colleague Lina has already opened a new support case for you, with the number 4795443. You should have received an email from us with the details of your case. Please reply to that email and attach a screenshot of the watermarks that you see on your document so that we can understand the problem better and assist you.
We are looking forward to hearing from you via email.

Hello, First of all, let me tell you that I appreciate the quality of your support service. That said, my problem. Once my text is finished (actually a Blog), I get a PDF version using your app's URL feature and it works perfectly fine. Once I get this version, I download the result directly to my PC and, subsequently, I prepare to send my Blog to a list of 40 subscribers. They get a copy, but with the headers of your application still apparent. Maybe there is something I should do before downloading the PDF version (as I said, I download directly the result obtained with the URL function , without any other operation). Is there something I should do BEFORE downloading ???? Maybe, you should explain, step by step, what I should do once my original text is completed. Using the functions of your app. ???
