Need to transfer PDF Suite license to new computer

The number that they gave me to call is in Canada and my provider wont allow me to connect.  Email chat support says it will take 3 days for a response but my computer is not working now so I  need to  install it on the new one today

  Hello Bob, 

  Thank you for letting us know you also need help transferring your license. 

  Please note that in the current version of PDF Suite, your product is linked to your PDF Suite account. When you sign into PDF Suite on your new device, your license will transfer.  Once you have PDF Suite downloaded you can do the next to activate your license:

  • Click on Click here if you already purchased PDF Suite.

  Your internet browser will open.

  • Enter your email address and password then click SIGN IN.

  • Click Proceed to PDF Suite button to open the software window.

  After that, your license will be activated. Feel free to let us know if you have any other questions.

  Hello,

  I have tried using your online contact us system but I do not receive a security code so I cannot contact you. Please can you help me with a similar question.

  I have used your PDF Suite for a few years and want to renew my subscription now it has expired. I have a question though.

  My laptop on which I use PDF Suite is getting a bit old and temperamental so I will need to update it soon. If I purchase a new subscription and install it on my Laptop, can I then transfer the program and subscription to my new laptop when I get it?
