wanted to cancel the subscription, still charge my CC for renewal! ridiculous!!

 - charged for renewal today - received a Note concerning a successful renewal - It is ridiculous!  1 year ago, they charged my credit card and I never got activation key, and never got access to the program. I did got renewal notice per email several month ago, and I requested to cancel the subscription!  Now I am charged for renewal today - received a Note concerning a successful renewal, what a gangster!! Does anyone know where should I sue them?
