Create/Scan from Scanner

I have spent 3 days emailing back and forth with support and still am unable to set the scanning size from 11x14 to 8x10.

I have been told to uninstall/install - update drivers - steps in checking settings and am still unable to scan a document to an 8x10 page. I did not have this trouble until I updated to PDF 20. I not only have this problem at home with my Brothers MFCJ8945DW (printer/scanner) but the same printer at work. I need resolution OR go back to previous pdf suite versions where I had no issues. I'm getting more and more behind in my projects. Thank you!
