Auto renewal for three years and still no cancellation, reimbursement or any activity at all except yearly charges
AnsweredI purchased this in 2021 ONE time. I have since been renewed yearly and have called to no avail to get it cancelled. I now have a cancelled bank card due to this and it is extremely frustrating. I have not used the product since it expired in 2022 and yet I keep getting charged. The cancellation process is a nightmare because the website is as unhelpful as can be. And now I’m stuck with a cancelled card, continuing inconvenience of losing $90 a year and yet still NO help
