monthly payments

Last night I purhased your product for $35.95 I down loaded the program and now when I go into use it a window pops up and tells me I only have 14 days left on my trial period and I need to sign up for $14.99 a month to continue to use it.  What I signed up for was a 1 year subscription. I guess I need so clarification.
