program dose not work

I purchased this and it will not work it keeps asking me to activate the program which I have done many time with the validation code NUBAJ-8ZDD8-EB5AQ-HQJUF-3W8G6 

which came with the purchase this is more bother than its worth please refund my payment in full I have no further intention of trying to get this nonsense to work.
