    I think my husband clicked in the email reminding of the upcoming renewal, near bottom. Either "Help Center" or clicking "here" and he was able to communicate and recieve a request "number" and within 48 hrs it sent another email acknowledging request for non-renewable. It then indicated we have access until our current expiration date, then it will be terminated.
