I purchased PDF Suite a few days ago, and have been unable to download it.

I purchased PDF Suite a few days ago, and have been unable to download it.
The installation stops at 80%, installation error.

View Module
Error Code: The specified transform does not match the bitmap's color space.

OCR Module
No error 

Please advise on how to remedy this. I have wasted some time on it without success.

  Hello Shahla, 

  Thank you for letting us know you need help setting up your copy of PDF Suite 20. 

  Please make sure to install the correct version of PDF Suite using the link:
  Click here 

  To activate your PDF Suite, follow the instructions below:

  1) Launch PDF Suite 20 and click on the Login icon in the right upper corner.
  2) Click Sign In and sign in with the email that you used while registering the license.
  3) Once you are logged in, click Proceed to PDF Suite or simply switch to PDF Suite window. Your license is now activated!
