I had a automatic subscription come out last night and want to turn the automatic subscription off, how do I do this ? And am I supposed to get another activation key/ code or is it still working under the old one ? I can't seem to get in touch with anyone as seems the general problem in these comments.

  I had the same situation. I found licence key in my order but it does not work
