    Thank you for letting us know that after the renewal of your license your key no longer works. We will be glad to help you with that.

    i did not receive my licence key. my address is ssnthms5@gmail.com and my order number is 

    UQK4GQTX renewal date is 2022/22/24

    I have the exact problem.........Order # UQK4RT5M (renewal date 12/10/2022

    I got an email saying that renewal is done and the money was withdrawn from my bank but I did not get a new activation key 

    You have already created a support case many days ago. Meantime no support contact or activation key.

    My only next step is to stop the payment to PDF Suite and go to another vendor for this service.

    Very disappointed after several years of using PDF Suite.
