Need a refund
I mistakenly bought this software and don't want it. I have been trying for more than a day to get a refund. You say that you give refunds with no questions asked. I would like you to hold to that promise.

Thanks for sharing that you requested the refund. According to our records, it was already processed. You should have received a confirmation email about it. Please make sure to check the Spam/Junk/Bulk folders for it.

Yes, it's in there. It only appeared after I initiated a dispute with my credit union, though. I hope you'll go away now and not send me more messages. Thanks.
