    I am having the same problem as Lina. 

    I thought I was buying the program, not a one-year subscription. Please cancel my order.   ORDER NO. UQKDK386. I never downloaded the S/W therefore I should get my money back.

    I called your support and was transferred to someone that could help. To my SURPRISE the message stated that your customer support was closed, to find out that it is on Londen Time. I am on the west coast of California. I would have to get up at midnight to call.
