I have a form and i would like to be able to have the user select one or another box. For example, Male or Female (first screenshot). The second screenshot they only need to select one of the 4 options for Desex and Vaccinations. They can't select more than one. Plus also so they are not required to tab through each option to get to next field. Is this possible?

  Thank you for your questions about form fields. I will be glad to help you. 

  You can use the Radio Button option if you want to create a form with one option to choose from. A radio button is used when only one option can be selected. 
  Please note that you need to place radio buttons in groups. Each new group can have 1 option only. 

  

  Regarding your question about the order, by default, there is no mandatory order of filed filling applied. If you want to set an order you can do it with the Set Tab Order feature.
